Venue: The venue of the conference has been finalized and is “Vigyan Bhawan” New Delhi. It is a high profile, state of art convention centre, generally used for Multinational Summits and is under the Ministry of Urban Development, Federal Govt. of India. The Centre has multiple halls (1 main Audi – about 1300pax + 6-7 smaller halls with theatre/ committee seating plans, 15-20 rooms for corporate lounges). The Venue also has an attached Annex with Media Centre and three more halls. There is a large outdoor space which will be covered with state of art temporary air-conditioned halls (for Trade Exhibition and Dining Area).
